How can I become a member of the Club?
If you are over 18, you can become a member of the Club Cultura Asturias in two ways:
- By filling in the form you will find at the Laboral City of Culture Reception in Gijón/Xixón, the Prehistoric Park in Teverga, the Jurassic Museum of Asturias in Colunga, the Tito Bustillo Cave Art Centre in Ribadesella/Ribeseya, the Tourist Information Office of the Principality in Oviedo/Uviéu, the "Pepe el Ferreiro" Ethnographic Museum of Grandas de Salime or the Niemeyer Centre in Avilés.
- Or click HERE to fill in the online form. (Please fill in the fields without accents and in capital letters). In a few days, you will receive an email confirming your registration along with your virtual membership card and instructions on how to apply for the physical card.
If you wish to obtain a provisional card, the centres described above will provide you with one.
Does it cost anything to become a member of the Club?
Membership of the Club is completely free of charge. The only requirement is that you are of legal age and that you like to enjoy the cultural activities that we propose.
Can more than one person in the family use the card?
The card is personal and non-transferable. As a general rule, for shows and concerts, each member may purchase two discounted tickets, with exceptions that will be expressly indicated at the specific event. For regular visits and activities, the discount applies to the card-holder and one accompanying person.
If you are a member and you have children, they will be able to benefit from the advantages and attend the programmed children's or family activities. Each activity will have a limited number of places available per member, which will be stated at the specific event.
What benefits do I have if I am a member of the Club?
As well as enjoying the advantages and exclusive activities offered in the cultural centres managed by the Sociedad de Gestión y Promoción Turística y Cultural del Principado, the Club has a wide network of collaborating companies that will offer you special discounts simply for being a member of the Culture Club. What do I have to do to enjoy all the benefits of the Club?
To enjoy the benefits of the Club, you should indicate your membership number when registering for an activity or purchasing a ticket and you need to show your physical or virtual membership card, and your ID card at the cultural facilities or collaborating companies to enjoy the discount when requested to do so.
How do I stay in touch with all the benefits?
Our website www.clubculturaasturias.com is updated daily with all the advantages, promotions and activities available to members. In addition, if you have provided us with an e-mail address when registering and have agreed to receive commercial communications, you will receive a weekly newsletter with the most important activities.
The Club has accounts on the social media Facebook and X where activities and special advantages are promoted daily.
I have lost my card, how can I apply for a duplicate?
You can request a duplicate of your card by sending an e-mail to club@turismoycultura.asturias.es stating your name, ID number and the postal or e-mail address where you would like to receive the duplicate of your card.
I don't want to receive any more newsletters, how can I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from the weekly newsletter, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom of each newsletter. You can also send us an email to club@turismoycultura.asturias.es with the subject "Unsubscribe newsletter" and including your membership and/or ID number, and we will process your request.
Please note that by deleting your email account from the Club's database you will not receive any sweepstakes or other communications sent by the Club via email.
Can I change my Club details?
Of course. If you have changed your address, telephone number or e-mail address, please let us know so that we can send you all our communications correctly and so that you can keep up to date with all our activities and promotions.

How can I buy discounted tickets?
Each activity specifies the requirements and mechanisms to benefit from the Club Price but, as a general rule, you can buy discounted tickets for the shows at the Laboral City of Culture Recaption in Gijón/Xixón, at the Niemeyer Centre in Avilés, at the Tourist Information Office of the Principality in Oviedo/Uviéu and at unientradas.es.
Museums and cultural facilities and our partner companies will also apply the discount at their ticket offices, online sales or when charging for the service provided.
Can I buy more than one ticket at a discount?
Each event will specify the number of tickets each member is allowed to purchase.
I have signed up for a free activity but I can't attend it, do I need to cancel my booking?
Free activities have limited places, therefore, if you book and finally cannot attend, please notify us by sending an email to club@turismoycultura.asturias.es or by calling +34 902 306 600 or 34 985 18 58 60 so that another member on the waiting list can attend the activity.
How can I become a member of the partner network?
Being part of the Club's network of collaborators is completely free, so if you have a company and you want to collaborate with the Club, send us an email to club@turismoycultura.asturias.es and we will inform you of all the details.
