Outside the Museum
- The exterior of the Museum is accessible, and the dinosaur exhibits in the Garden can be explored via a concrete walkway.
- Reserved parking spaces are available.
- Outside the museum, there are several Braille interpretive panels that provide further information about the Dinosaur Coast and the dinosaur footprints.
Inside the Museum
- The interior rooms are accessed via wide, gently sloping ramps .
- The Museum has accessible toilet facilities.
- The accessible lift allows movement between floors.
- The audiovisual presentations in the permanent exhibition are subtitled for the hearing impaired and narrated for the visually impaired.
- Video guides explaining the Museum's content in Spanish Sign Language with subtitles are available.
- Hand-held guides and audio guides are available in several languages and are suitable for children.
- Hand-held guide and audio guide text are available in Braille.
- Wheelchairs are available for visitors who require them. These can be requested at Reception.
- Through our communication book, people with special communication needs have the possibility to ask questions and request information.
- A hearing loop has been installed at Reception, and the Museum has a mobile transmitter and three induction loops so that people with hearing aids or cochlear implants can receive the guide's audio directly.
